Our Goals & Objectives
The RGV Community Foundation is organized to provide continuing funding for the arts, education, economic development and scientific purposes that exist in McAllen and the surrounding areas. The Foundation’s goal is to provide a simpler method of giving back to our community. Organized through a board of directors, the RGV Community Foundation aims to serve as a fund supported by multiple donors designed to benefit a wide range of area residents and non-profit organizations.

A Growing Mission
Able to distribute seven grants its first year, the RGV Community Foundation has made significant contributions over the last ten years. The number of grants has increased yearly and money has been given to choirs, museum, dance, and theater groups. Our goal is to continue to expand the giving to critical missions and organizations – with your support.
